HI Everyone,

We are pleased to confirm that with some changes as outlined below our tournament will be going ahead with a field of 58 teams.

As you know under the Red Traffic light we are not able to have gatherings of over 100 people in the Clubhouse, but we can manage our full field on the golf course with a two tee start.

The draw for Monday 14 February is attached. Tuesday’s draw will be available on Monday afternoon.

First groups are teeing off at 9am and the last groups at 11.15.

Before Golf:

Please arrive in time to register at the Proshop, and go to your Tee. We would like to ensure that there will be no large gatherings of players but at the same time allow space for you to interact with each other and buy a few raffles.

There will be no full morning tea on offer but a self service tea and coffee area will be available– sorry about that.

After Golf:

There will be lunch provided in the Clubhouse. Please remember to wear a mask when moving around the clubhouse but these are not required when you are seated and dining.

When you have finished your lunch, your Day 1 will be over and you are free to go.

The draw for Day 2 will also be available on the Queenstown Golf Club website and on Monday.

On Tuesday the same process will be followed before golf.

After Golf:

Hand your cards into the Proshop.

Lunch will be provided in the Clubhouse after your round.

Results for the smaller raffles will be on display.

There will be no prizegiving in the Clubhouse at the end of play. Instead, our Tournament winners will be announced via email and our website late in the afternoon. If you are a Prizewinner you will be contacted by phone so you can tell us which Prize you wish to select.
